1. Lucy Annie Foulger BARTLETT was born in 1857 (approx.). She married John William FOSTER on 20 March 1881 in St.Stephen's, Walworth, Surrey.

 

John William FOSTER , son of William Henry Shepherd FOSTER (1798?-1859) and Matilda TROTT (1827?-1890), was born on 9 February 1857 in Lambeth Hospital, York Road, Lambeth, Surrey. He died on 11 November 1927. He and Lucy Annie Foulger BARTLETT had the following children:
